​Gülşah ALGIN, is founding partner of Juris Attorney Partnership.. In particular, ALGIN provides consultancy and dispute resolution services to public institutions and private companies on regulatory compliance, legal audit, M&A procedures and contract consultancy.

1. In the renewable energy sector, ALGIN carried out legal compliance consultancy and legal audit for integrated facilities.

2. Provided consultancy services for the PPP project of an integrated facility operating in the recycling sector.

3. Provided legal consultancy and due diligence services regarding the acquisition of an energy group company operating in the natural gas sector.
