Mehmet Tuğberk DEKAK is a lawyer registered at the Ankara Bar Association and one of the founders of Juris Attorney Partnership. He is experienced in National & International Arbitration, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law, and Insurance Law. DEKAK, who also has academic studies in the fields of Insurance Law and International Arbitration Law, has both academic and practical knowledge and experience in the resolution of commercial and investment disputes through arbitration. DEKAK has experience in both buy-side and sell-side representation in M&A processes and provides consultancy services on share transfer agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders, and partners agreements. DEKAK also provides external legal advisory services to many capital companies operating in the construction and infrastructure, insurance and reinsurance, energy, software, food, automotive and e-commerce sectors.
